1. Mandatory Unboxing Video Policy
To ensure transparency and quick resolution of any issues:
- Customers must record a clear unboxing video while opening the parcel
- The video must show:
- Sealed package condition
- Opening process
- Product visibility
This is required for claims related to:
- Damaged products
- Missing items
- Manufacturing defects
Note: Claims submitted without valid unboxing proof may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
2. Replacement Policy (15 Days)
Nakassi offers a 15-day replacement window for verified manufacturing defects:
- Applicable only for defects caused during production
- Product must be returned for quality inspection
- Replacement will be processed after approval
Shipping Note:
Replacements are typically shipped with the next order to optimize logistics costs unless agreed otherwise.
3. Non-Eligible Conditions for Return / Replacement
The following scenarios are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund:
- Change in design preference (size, color, weight, finish within accepted tolerance)
- Products approved via CAD/design confirmation
- Minor transit-related issues (e.g., loose stones) that can be easily fixed
- Damage caused due to:
- Improper handling
- Exposure to chemicals
- Wear and tear after delivery
Color Disclaimer:
Slight color variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen differences.
4. Payment & Production Terms
- 50% advance payment required to initiate production
- Remaining 50% payable before dispatch
Production Timeline
- Standard designs: 5–7 business days
- Intricate/custom designs: 7–15 business days
- Additional processes (micron plating/gold finish): +2 business days
5. Order Modifications & Rework
- Changes requested within 24 hours of approval may be accommodated
- Changes after 24 hours:
- Will incur additional charges
- May be treated as a new order
6. Micron Plating Standards
- Nakassi uses 2.5%–3% micron gold plating
- Expected durability: up to 2 years, depending on usage and care
Care Note: Avoid exposure to perfumes, water, and harsh chemicals to maintain longevity.
7. Materials & Pricing
- Available materials: Brass and Alloy (priced equally)
- Prices exclude:
- CAD/CAM services
- Real gemstones
- Custom material sourcing
Pricing Structure
- Wholesale pricing for bulk orders
- Retail pricing for low-quantity orders (1–2 pieces)
8. Sample Orders
- Samples are available on request and are chargeable
- Sample costs may be adjusted against bulk orders (if pre-approved in writing)
9. Confidentiality & Custom Design Protection
- All custom designs are treated as strictly confidential
- Nakassi does not share or replicate proprietary designs
- Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are available upon request
10. Return Process for Defective Items
To initiate a return:
- Notify Nakassi within 15 days of delivery
- Share:
- Unboxing video
- Clear images of the defect
- Await quality inspection approval
Approved cases will be processed for:
- Replacement
- Refund (if applicable)
11. Refund Policy
- Refunds apply only for verified manufacturing defects
- Not applicable for custom or made-to-order products

- Refunds processed within 7–10 business days

12. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before production starts (no charges)
- Cancellation after production begins:
