At Nakassi, we take pride in delivering premium craftsmanship and ethical jewelry manufacturing. Every piece we produce undergoes meticulous inspection to ensure it meets our strict quality standards. However, we understand that rare issues may arise. This policy ensures transparency and a smooth resolution process for our valued wholesale and custom jewelry partners.

1. Unboxing Video – A Simple Step to Help Us Help You

To assist you quickly in case of any issues, it is mandatory to record an unboxing video while opening your parcel.

  • This video serves as proof for claims of damage, missing products, or manufacturing defects.
  • Claims submitted without unboxing proof may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
  • We appreciate your cooperation in this essential step.

2. Replacement Guarantee

  • Items with verified manufacturing defects or faults caused by Nakassi are eligible for replacement within 15 days of receipt.
  • Defective items must be returned to Nakassi for inspection before replacement is processed.
  • Replacements are shipped along with your next order to avoid additional shipping charges (unless otherwise agreed).

3. Conditions Not Eligible for Replacement or Refund

  • Design or preference changes (weight, color, design, or size variations within industry norms).
  • Minor transit issues (e.g., stones loosening) which can be repaired at your end — our team will guide you through quick fixes.
  • Products approved via CAD or manual confirmation that match approved specifications.
  • Items damaged due to mishandling, improper storage, or usage post-delivery.

Note: While we strive to depict product colors accurately, slight variations may occur due to lighting, digital imaging, or monitor settings. We encourage buyers to account for these minor differences when placing orders.

4. Advance Payment & Production Terms

  • 50% advance payment required to start production.
  • Remaining 50% due upon completion before dispatch.
  • Standard production time: 5–7 days (handmade/intricate designs may take longer).
  • Add 2 extra days for products requiring micron plating or gold-filled finishes.

5. Rework Charges

  • Rework on CAD or final products requested after 24 hours of approval will incur additional charges.
  • Post-approval changes are treated as new orders.

6. Micron Plating Quality

  • Nakassi applies 2.5%–3% microns for gold plating, which generally lasts over 2 years with proper care and minimal exposure to chemicals.

7. Material & Pricing Details

  • Materials available: Brass and Alloy (priced equally).
  • Prices exclude CAD/CAM services, real stones, and custom-sourced materials unless specified.
  • Wholesale rates apply to bulk orders; retail orders (1–2 products) are available at adjusted rates.

8. Samples

  • Samples are available on request and are chargeable.
  • Sample costs may be adjusted against bulk orders if pre-agreed in writing.

9. Confidentiality & Custom Designs (NDA)

  • All custom designs remain confidential and are never shared.
  • NDAs are available upon request for additional protection of your intellectual property.

10. Return Procedure for Defective Products

  1. Notify us within 15 days of receiving the product.
  2. Share the unboxing video along with images of the defect.
  3. Await verification from our quality control team.
  4. Approved claims will be processed for replacement or refund (adjusted in your next order or via direct transfer).

11. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not applicable for custom orders except for verified manufacturing defects.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method or adjusted against future orders.

12. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before production begins without charge.
  • Cancellations after production starts but before dispatch incur a processing fee (up to 5%).
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

13. Wholesale vs. Retail Orders

  • Wholesale pricing applies to bulk orders.
  • Retail orders (1–2 pieces) are accepted but follow different pricing structures.
