At Nakassi, we ensure safe, efficient, and timely shipping of our handcrafted jewelry worldwide. Our goal is to provide transparent shipping practices and reliable logistics for both domestic and international clients, catering to urgent as well as standard delivery needs.
1. Shipping Options
We offer two types of shipping services for your convenience:
Regular Shipping
Domestic (India): 3–5 working days after dispatch.
International: 15 – 30 working days after dispatch (may vary due to customs).
Charges: Standard rates based on weight and destination.
Express Shipping
Domestic (India): 1–3 working days after dispatch.
International: 7 -12 working days after dispatch (subject to customs clearance).
Charges: Premium express charges apply; calculated at actual courier rates.
Tracking details are provided within 24 hours of dispatch for both services.
2. Domestic Shipping (India)
Shipped via trusted partners.
Charges are weight-based and will be confirmed during order processing.
3. International Shipping
Shipped worldwide via FedEx, DHL, UPS, Aramex And others.
Charges are calculated at actuals to ensure best possible rates for your destination.
4. Order Processing & Dispatch
Production Time: 5–7 working days (custom or handmade items may take longer).
Micron/Gold-Filled Products: Add 2 extra days for finishing.
Dispatch occurs only after 100% payment clearance (50% advance + 50% before dispatch).
5. Unboxing Video – Proof of Condition
It is mandatory to record an unboxing video when opening your parcel.
Claims for missing or damaged items cannot be processed without the video.
6. Missing Items & Damaged Products
Cross-check items received with your invoice immediately upon delivery.
Report discrepancies within 48 hours via [Insert Nakassi Email].
If items were missed during packaging, we will replace or adjust value in your next order.
For items lost during transit, Nakassi will assist in tracing via courier but is not liable unless insurance is purchased.
7. Insurance
Shipments are not insured by default.
Insurance can be arranged on request at an additional cost (recommended for high-value orders).
8. Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)
Customs duties, VAT, and local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Delays due to customs are beyond Nakassi’s control.
9. Address Accuracy
Ensure accurate and complete shipping address during order confirmation.
Nakassi is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by the client.
10. Self-Pickup or Third-Party Courier
Clients may send their own courier or arrange pickup from Nakassi’s facility.
Once handed over, Nakassi is not liable for loss or damage.
