CAD Design: Your Idea Becomes a Precise 3D Model

The moment you entrust your concept to us—a reference photo, a sketch, or just a brief description—we spring into action. Our seasoned design team employs high-tech CAD software such as Rhino, MatrixGold, and ZBrush to create a meticulous 3D replica of your artwork.

This model captures exact measurements, structural depth, and all engineering aspects. But we don’t stop there—we’ll send you renders for approval so you can suggest edits. Want to tweak the stone size or curve? Consider it done in a click.

Note: CAD renders might look flat or dull—that’s normal. They’re function-first, but if you prefer luxury-styled previews, we’ll gladly share those too.

Wax or Resin Model (CPX/Die): The First Physical Form

Once your CAD is approved, we create a 3D-printed wax or resin model of your jewelry. This prototype is an exact replica of what the final piece will look like, and it’s our last checkpoint before casting.

Our high-resolution printers capture even the tiniest prongs and design nuances. If needed, we’ll also fine-tune the wax manually. It’s a perfect mix of tech and tradition.

Casting: Turning Wax into Precious Metal

Having completed the wax model, we proceed to cast in the ancient lost-wax casting process. The wax is put into a flask, covered with heat-resistant investment, and then melted out, leaving a flawless cavity in the form of your jewelry.

Next, we pour in your selected metal, be it gold, silver, or platinum, and let it cool. The result? Your jewelry is now in solid, rough metal form, waiting to be developed.

Filing: Cleaning and Refining the Structure

Once we break the cast, our artisans begin the filing process. We remove any sprues, refine the edges, and address any minor imperfections.

This is where the piece begins to feel wearable. Prongs, galleries, and inner curves are hand-refined to ensure both strength and comfort. We also verify that the visual balance of the design has not been disturbed, particularly in multi-piece designs, such as bangles or chandelier earrings.

Every edge is shaped by hand to ensure that your piece doesn’t just look good—it feels perfect to wear.

Pre-Polish: Prepping for Gemstones

Before we set any gemstones, we give your piece an initial polish. This soft glow isn’t the final shine; it’s a prepping step. It ensures smooth metal surfaces and a solid foundation for stone setting.

It also gives us one last look at the structure to make sure everything is perfect before the sparkle is added.

Stone Setting: Bringing the Sparkle

Now the magic begins. Whether it’s solitaire diamonds, colored stones, or pavé patterns, each one is hand-set by our master setters under magnification for absolute precision.

We seat, secure, and align every stone using miniature tools and trained eyes. Even though CAD gave us precision, our hands bring it to life.

Final Polish: Mirror Finish

This is where your piece starts gleaming. Our polishers use a mix of buffs, pastes, and wheels to bring out a mirror-like finish. Whether you want a glossy, brushed, or matte look—We deliver it exactly how you envisioned it.

Engraving or surface detailing? We add that now too.

Quality Check + Coatings: The Finishing Layer

Every piece goes through a rigorous final quality inspection. We check everything—stone security, finish, balance, and overall comfort.

If your design calls for rhodium plating, gold micron coating, or anti-tarnish layering, we apply those now to enhance durability and beauty.
